Named for Ohio`s world-famous Wright brothers, Wright State University offers an exceptional, inclusive, and valuable education that puts pioneering students on the path to future success. The university serves 17,000 students, offering 150 undergraduate and 145 doctoral, graduate, and professional degrees. The regional campus, Wright State University–Lake Campus, is located on the shores of Grand Lake St. Marys between Celina and St. Marys, Ohio, and serves more than 1,400 students. Wright State has a national reputation in excellence in serving students with disabilities, and is the first campus in the country to have a dog park dedicated to service animals.
Founded in 1855 by attorney and abolitionist Ovid Butler, Butler occupies 290 acres in Indianapolis` Butler—Tarkington neighborhood. The University emphasizes a liberal arts-based education with the goal of teaching clear and effective communication, appreciation of beauty, and a commitment to lifelong learning, community service and global awareness. Butler offers more than 60 majors, and our job placement rate has averaged 97 percent over the past five years – 100 percent in education and pharmacy. The University of Louisville is a state supported research university located in Kentucky`s largest metropolitan area. It was a municipally supported public institution for many decades prior to joining the university system in 1970. The University has three campuses. The 287-acre Belknap Campus is three miles from downtown Louisville and houses seven of the university`s 11 colleges and schools. The Health Sciences Center is situated in downtown Louisville`s medical complex and houses the university`s health related programs and the University of Louisville Hospital. On the 243-acre Shelby Campus is located in eastern Jefferson County.
The Los Rios Community College District is one of the nation`s most respected learning institutions and the second-largest community college district in California. We are a two-year public college district that serves the greater Sacramento region. Los Rios includes: American River, Cosumnes River, Folsom Lake and Sacramento City colleges; major education and outreach centers in Davis, Elk Grove, Natomas, Placerville, Rancho Cordova and West Sacramento; and specialized workforce and economic development programs for business, government and organizations throughout the region. Our colleges offer AA/AS degrees, certificates and transfer education opportunities - students complete freshman and sophomore years and transfer to a four-year college or university - in more than 70 career fields.
