Siete Family Foods is a family owned business born out of a necessity to make food that the entire family can eat and enjoy. They make gluten-free, grain-free tortillas with a few simple ingredients, offering a delicious alternative to flour tortillas, a pantry staple in most Texas homes and restaurants. Co-owner and founder, Veronica Garza, started making the tortillas several years ago after committing to a gluten-free diet to alleviate symptoms of lupus and other autoimmune conditions. The tortillas were a big help in allowing her to continue enjoying meals like Mexican fajitas and breakfast tacos with her family and friends in Laredo, Texas.
