Launched in 2011, Housing On Merit is a nonprofit organization that provides essential services and programs to assist homeless, precariously housed, and low-income individuals and families transform their lives. HOM develops and manages affordable housing and transitional housing that couple facilities management with comprehensive growth and support programs. HOM creates a bridge to permanent affordable housing for vulnerable populations in California.
