We are Idaho elementary and secondary teachers, education support professionals, school administrators, retired educators, and students. The Idaho Education Association is the state’s largest professional employee organization. There is a IEA member in virtually every school building across the state working together for the good of our students and for our profession. We are the Idaho affiliate of the National Education Association, with over 3.2 million members strong across the country.
