Scott Ghertner served as the 1998 President of the Greater Nashville Chapter of IREM and the 2002 President of the Tennessee Chapter of CAI. Frank Ghertner retired from active involvement in the association management business in 2002, but his sons continue to carry on the tradition established by their father more than four decades ago; providing excellence in community association management to all clients.
