(formerly Phillips-Imperial Petroleum Ltd) since 1996. He served as the Chief Accountant of this refiner, marketer and distributor of hydrocarbon oils since 1999 and served as Divisional Finance Director of the Petroplus Group Refining Division since 2002. Mr. Brennan worked for 18 years in the Petrochemicals industry including ICI. Mr. Brennan has been an Executive Director of Filtronic plc since September 2009. Mr. Brennan served as an Executive Director of GTL Resources plc from April 1, 2005 to December 2008. Mr. Brennan qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
