Integrys Energy Group, Inc. is a diversified energy holding company. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries provide products and services in both the regulated and nonregulated energy markets. In addition, it has a 34% equity interest in ATC (an electric transmission company operating in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, and Illinois). During the year ended December 31, 2012, the Company operates in five segments: natural gas utility segment, electric utility segment, electric transmission investment segment, Integrys Energy Services and the holding company and other segment. Its regulated natural gas utilities provide service to approximately 1,690,000 residential, commercial and industrial, transportation, and other customers.
