PrairieSky Royalty Ltd. (“PSK”) was formed to acquire fee simple mineral title lands predominately in Alberta with the objective to generate significant free cash flow through indirect third party oil and gas investment at a relatively low risk and low cost to PSK. We’re an independent oil refiner and marketer, headquartered in El Paso, Texas, while operating mostly in the southwestern and western United States. Western Refining (WNR) has been publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange since January, 2006.
