Jeffrey Zimmerman serves as the Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Vice President of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. and has been its Secretary and General Counsel since December 2007. Mr. Zimmerman serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at The Hertz Corporation and previously served as its Senior Vice President. He served as Senior Vice President of Hertz Global Holdings, Inc. since December 2007. Prior to Hertz Holdings and Hertz, he served Tenneco Inc. in various positions from January 2000 to November 2007, including as Vice President of Law from May 2006 to November 2007 and Corporate Secretary since May 2006 and also served as its Member of the Senior Management Team. Prior to Tenneco, he was engaged in the private practice of law from August 1984 to December 1999. Mr. Zimmerman was a Partner of Jenner & Block, a law firm.
