Penn National Gaming owns, operates or has ownership interests in gaming and racing facilities and video gaming terminal operations with a focus on slot machine entertainment. As of October 15, 2018, the company operates 40 facilities in 18 jurisdictions, including Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, and West Virginia. In aggregate, Penn National Gaming operates approximately 49,400 gaming machines, 1,200 table games and 8,800 hotel rooms. The company also offers social online gaming through its Penn Interactive Ventures division.

 

About the Person

Jordan B. Savitch, served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Penn National Gaming Inc. from September 2002 to February 1, 2014. Mr. Savitch served as Vice President of HWCC-Louisiana, Inc. since May 2003. He served as Vice President of HCS I, Inc., the managing partner of Hollywood Casino Shreveport and Eldorado Resorts Casino Shreveport since May 2003. He served as General Counsel of HCS I, Inc. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Senior Corporate Counsel of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. He also spent four years in private practice as an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, LLP in New York. From June 1999 to April 2002, Mr. Savitch served as a Senior Executive and Director of iMedium.
