Since 1978, The El Paso Public Television Foundation has been broadcasting non-commercial educational programs for the El Paso and Southern New Mexico region via KCOS-TV, Channel 13.   The non-profit station is community owned and operated. It provides viewers high quality programming including 12 hours of enlightening kid shows on weekdays. Plus an array of news programs, documentaries and performance based shows.
