Traditional ergonomic assessments include changes to your current workspace and equipment if absolutely needed and that is absolutely included and necessary! Injury prevention services include strategies to minimize the risk of getting hurt and overuse injuries. Individualized wellness routines are designed to target your fatigue points and problem areas through stretches and movement as well as addressing unique challenges.
