PEC is a fully certified MBE/DBE in Maryland, Virginia, DC and Delaware. PEC is also a certified DBE by WMATA and the City of Baltimore. PEC’s services include providing construction management and inspection personnel (CMI), CPM Schedule services, and Expert Claim Analysis services. PEC has been in business since 1980 providing these and many other engineering services to our satisfied clients assisting them in achieving their MBE/DBE goals. PEC actively participates with our clients to ensure the Contracting Agency’s needs are met. We are very excited for this merger.
