About the Person

Larry C. Boyd is executive vice president, secretary and general counsel for Ingram Micro Inc. Boyd leads a team of legal professionals located on four continents and manages all legal aspects on behalf of the global organization, from contract negotiations and labor issues to regulatory compliance and corporate disclosure requirements. He was promoted to this position in March 2004. Boyd joined Ingram Micro in January 2000 as senior vice president, U.S. legal services. Prior to Ingram Micro, he was a partner with the international law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher where he practiced law for 22 years. A graduate of Stanford Law School, Boyd also earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Stanford University. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
