Liberati Brewery & Restaurant, opening in the summer of 2018, is an authentic Italian restaurant with a brewery producing revolutionary Italian-style grape beer. Founder, Alex Liberati, is a successful Italian entrepreneur who got his start in 2007 by opening Brasserie 4:20 in the heart of Rome. Considered one of Italy`s finest craft beer bars, Brasserie 4:20 has served some of the rarest, most-sought-after beers from Italy, Europe, and around the globe. Not long after opening 4:20, Alex founded Revelation Cat Brewing which challenged Italian palates with bold, powerful beers unheard of in Italy at the time.
