Mercy Foundation is a non profit organization that works with charitable organizations to help distribute micro finance loans to poor individuals across the globe. By obtaining tax deductible charitable donations through the acquisition of underutilized real estate utilizing a Bargain Sale Transaction, Mercy Foundation helps facilitate safe, quality financial assistance to those who need it most. We believe in giving people a hand up instead of a hand out, which is why we support giving impoverished people across six continents the microloans they need to start or expand a business or go to school if needed. We assess each loan request for its potential to make a direct impact on their family and community. We have seen by the thousands that we have helped what an enormous impact these loans have on the life of the borrower, their family and their community.
We are a non-profit family of person-centered, community homes and services supporting over 200 individuals with intellectual disabilities, many of whom have multiple physical challenges. Verland`s main campus has ten larger, family-centered homes, which complement community placement with a complete continuum of options for those needing more support, and includes cutting-edge facilities that provide medical, dental, educational, recreational and therapeutic services. Our professionally trained staff are dedicated to the complex needs of our individuals, and provide a full continuum of treatment and services for a lifetime where the individuals are primary in an elegant, dignified, state-of-the-heart lifestyle.

The Animal Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization operating Nevada`s largest open-admission animal shelter (Lied Animal Shelter) and pet adoption center. Founded in 1978 as a small, low-cost spay and neuter clinic, The Animal Foundation quickly picked up speed and, soon after opening its doors, began offering adoption services. Over the past 35 years, growth has been a constant. Today, The Animal Foundation operates and manages an 8-acre Las Vegas campus that houses a multitude of services and provides a refuge for more than 40,000 lost, unwanted, neglected and abandoned animals every year.
