We started ThreadKM to help lawyers and other high-value knowledge workers who are overwhelmed with email. Along the way, we`ve conducted hundreds of interviews with lawyers, IT staff, firm managers, in-house counsel, consultants, and many others. A common theme emerged: email was being used to do everything, from internal collaboration to document management to project management.
