Visus Technology, Inc. was founded for the purpose of integrating and developing solutions to improve the quality of life for people with a wide range of vision impairment, from mild loss of vision to no light perception or complete blindness. We saw no reason why it should be necessary to have one device for reading books, another for identifying objects, a third for socializing, a fourth for navigating, and so on.
