Premia Managing Agency Limited ("PMAL") provides risk-transfer and run-off solutions for other Lloyds syndicates and capital providers. It is responsible for managing the run-off of Syndicate 1884 for the Year of Account 2018, following cessation of live market underwriting on 31 December 2018. PMAL is a subsidiary of Premia Holdings Ltd, a Bermuda based legacy reinsurance group with operations in the USA, Bermuda, UK and EU.
