The Indiana Association of County Commissioners was formed over 100 years ago to promote County Government and County Commissioners. We are a totally independent Association with a Board of Directors and a full time Executive Director. The Board is composed of five Executive Officers and the President and Vice-President of each of the six districts. This 17 member Board meets monthly and directs the activities of the Executive Director. The MISSION of the Association is: To provide the best education and leadership support for our County Commissioners to strengthen their influence throughout Indiana.

On behalf of our 50,000 members, Sourcewell conducts competitive solicitations, awarding to the most responsive and responsible vendors at the manufacturer level. Members can purchase off these contracts through their local dealers, streamlining the procurement process. The mission of the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security (MOHS) is to partner with federal, state, and local emergency response personnel during both man-made and natural disasters, as well as working to prevent, protect, and respond to threats and/or acts of terrorism within our state. This office will act as the nexus for information sharing through its direction of the Mississippi Analysis and Information Center (MSAIC) and will lead efforts in "All Hazard" prevention, preparedness, and response by continuing to foster strong partnerships across professional response disciplines. MOHS will further the education of the Mississippi citizenry through awareness and outreach efforts. These efforts are accomplished through training, equipping, and informing the populace about the steps necessary to keep themselves and their communities vigilant and prepared.
