Mark Carlton is the general counsel.  Mark has over 30 years’ experience representing corporations, both in-house and as outside counsel, in a wide range of matters including operations, mass tort  litigation, employee and labor relations, environmental compliance, domestic and international commercial transactions, EPC projects, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance and compliance. Mark is a graduate of Rhodes College and The University of Tulsa, College of Law.
