About the Person

Meir Blonder has served as Leviton’s Chief Intellectual Property Counsel since 2006, during which he created and headed the company’s Intellectual Property (IP) Department. Prior to joining Leviton, Mr. Blonder spent thirteen years in private practice as an IP attorney. His last six years before joining Leviton were focused on complex patent litigation at Skadden Arps. A licensed member of the New York State Bar, Mr. Blonder holds a Juris Doctorate from Cardozo Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Hofstra University. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Association of Corporate Counsel.
