About the Person
Melanie M. Trent became Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer & Corporate Secretary in July 2011. From March 2010 to July 2011, she served as Vice President & Corporate Secretary. Ms. Trent has served as Corporate Secretary since she joined the Company in 2005, and also served as Compliance Officer from 2005 to January 2007 and as Senior Aide to the CEO from January 2007 to December 2008.
