We provide nursing, residential and specialist dementia care as well as day care services. Our residents may fund themselves or be funded wholly or partly by their local authorty. Our staff are well trained and undergo a range of mandatory and complementary training programmes ranging from Manual Handling and First Aid through to development programmes for our Managers. We pride ourselves on our training approach which has led to well over 90% of our staff being trained or in the process of training for appropriate NVQ levels.
