At National Addiction Specialists, we understand that overcoming addiction can be challenging. Thats why we offer outpatient telemedicine opioid use disorder treatment: an easy way to receive the same level of care as if you were in a clinic, but with greater anonymity and less time spent traveling or waiting in lines. Lets face it: overcoming addiction can be challenging. But at National Addiction Specialists, we want to remove all barriers by providing ease of care through the use of innovative technology. National Addiction Specialists is an outpatient clinic serving HIPAA-compliant telemedicine opioid addiction treatment program. Our treatment process includes 3 primary phases: STEP 1: Induction Your first telemedicine call with your provider will be learning about your history of opioid abuse to help transition you to a clean life to curb your cravings and stop your withdrawals. Your provider is certified to understand your level of withdrawals and dose you properly to manage your symptoms to provide relief. STEP 2: Stabilization After your induction visit, your provider will give you a stabilization program. As with your first visit, the scheduled "return" visits will also be via telemedicine. Your provider will e-prescribe the medication/prescription and instruct you on the dosage that you should take and perform this screening process to assess how you are feeling. And will make any changes until the dose is appropriate for you. STEP 3: Maintenance Opioid addiction is a chronic disease that requires ongoing monitoring, care, and support. Maintenance can be highly effective if the patient is diligent with appointments and individual/group counseling. The primary benefits of maintenance include significantly decreasing the risk of relapse.
