Responsibilities:

• Play a strategic advisory role in evaluating major agreements as well as potential venture investment and M&A activity.
• Provide insight and trusted counsel to the CEO and board of directors on financial and business issues.
• Lead all aspects of finance, accounting, HR, administration, and facilities by empowering your direct reports.
• Manage via a hands-on, data-driven process to help accelerate growth and profitability.
• Analyze business metrics, risks and opportunities, and make recommendations as they affect the results of the business.
• Establish a solid financial foundation with appropriate processes and technology systems.
• Oversee monthly and annual reporting and budgeting processes including analysis and providing reports to management and the board of directors.
• Report and comply with issues such as audit, insurance, tax, and industry specific requirements.
• Liaise with legal and other professional service providers to assist with company functions.
• Assist with investor relations, fundraising activities, and future company exit strategies.
Requirements:

• MBA and/or CPA
• 10+ years of experience including management
• Strong experiences in SaaS operations
• Strong experiences in investment banking/VC/PE-oriented transactions
• Strong experiences in overseeing audits and financing businesses
• Strong experiences in financial modeling, valuation, and financial analysis
Strong experiences with calculating and reporting of SaaS business metrics and KPIs
