Goodyear Ballpark, constructed in 2009, is also operated by the City. The Ballpark is a 10,311-seat stadium which serves as the spring training home to the Cleveland Indians and the Cincinnati Reds.
Wilmington is a city in Delaware on the Christina and Delaware rivers. Downtown`s early-20th-century DuPont Building is part of the local du Pont family legacy, which is also evidenced at the Hagley Museum. Those grounds include the 1802 du Pont gunpowder works and the family`s Georgian-style home. The Old Swedes Church, between the Christina River and Brandywine Creek, is from 1698. Brandywine Park is to the north.
Nicollet County is a county in the U.S. state of Minnesota. As of the 2010 census, the population was 32,727. Its county seat is St. Peter. Nicollet County is part of the Mankato–North Mankato, MN Metropolitan Statistical Area.
The City is governed by the Mayor and City Council with the assistance of various departments, agencies and commissions. The basic law of the government of the City of Akron is found in the City Charter, first adopted by a vote of the people on November 5, 1918, effective January 20, 1920, and subsequently amended from time to time. The Charter provides for a mayor-council type of municipal system, the Mayor being the executive branch and the Council the legislative. The City takes official action through the passage of ordinances and resolutions. A Mayor and three At-Large Councilpersons are elected by City residents every four years. The City has ten wards and a councilperson is elected to represent each ward every two years. Members of Commissions are generally appointed by the Mayor, subject to the approval of the City Council. The Judicial branch of government is represented in Akron by The Akron Municipal Court. It serves the cities of Akron and Fairlawn; the townships of Bath, Richfield and Springfield; the Villages of Lakemore and Richfield; and that part of Mogadore in Summit County, Ohio.
Cullman was founded by Col. Johann Gottfried Cullmann, a German refugee who came to America in 1866. While working at a bookstore in Cincinnati, Ohio, he began formulating ideas of a special colony of working people – specifically a place for immigrants from countries such as his native Germany.
