Mr. Michael R. Tyler, also known as Mike, serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Company Secretary of Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. Mr. Tyler has been Company Secretary of CH2M Hill Companies Ltd., since December 15, 2017. He served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Sanmina Corporation from April 2007 to June 14, 2013 and its Corporate Secretary from June 2007 to June 14, 2013. Mr. Tyler served as the Chief legal and Administrative Officer of Gateway Inc., since June 2004 and its Senior Vice President and Secretary since January 2006 and also served as its General Counsel. He served as a Vice President and Secretary of Gateway Inc. since 2003. Mr. Tyler had been with Gateway Inc., from 2000 to 2007. He served as a Senior Corporate Counsel of International at Northrop Grumman Corporation from 1995 to 2000, as an Associate at the law firm Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe from 1991 to 1995 and as a Law Clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 1987 to 1988. Mr. Tyler holds an LLM from Cambridge University and a JD from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles. He holds a BA and an MA from University of California, Los Angeles.
