As Chief Legal Officer for Auction.com, Mindy Heppberger oversees all legal, regulatory, intellectual property, government relations, compliance, ethics and corporate governance matters. Heppberger’s expertise includes corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance. Before joining Auction.com in 2013, Heppberger served as deputy general counsel for Yahoo!. Prior to that, she was an associate with Latham & Watkins. Heppberger holds a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.
