Since 1996, Principals of Clearwater Living have been actively engaged in the ownership, operation, and development of high-quality senior living communities nationwide. More specifically, the Principals of Clearwater have been an integral part of creating various senior living platforms for operators as part of senior management. In 2011, Clearwater Living was formed for the sole purpose of providing entitled land and developing senior living communities for operators and their financial stakeholders. By combining best practices learned and aligning with top-of-class industry professionals, Clearwater Living`s primary objective is to expedite the process of supplying innovative projects to meet the growing demand of active adult and senior living communities.
