About the Person

Norman C. Linnell, also known as Norm, has been General Counsel and Secretary at Donaldson Company, Inc. since 1996 and as its Vice President since 2000. Mr. Linnell joined Donaldson Company in 1996. During Linnell's tenure, he played a key role in supporting the Company's growth, including its significant international expansions and the DCE and Ultrafilter acquisitions. He was also instrumental in helping the Company through the changes in corporate governance with the implementation of Sarbanes-Oxley.
