Later that year, in December of 2012, we changed the names of the business units to more effectively communicate to customers our brand identity of delivering specialty material and chemical technologies. Our company is now comprised of four business segments: Aerospace Materials, Industrial Materials, In Process Separation and Additive Technologies. Cytec is a company that embraces growth. To further realign our portfolio, in April of 2013 we completed the sale of the Coating Resins business to Advent International. This divestiture allowed Cytec to focus on our growth platforms in the advanced materials and separation technologies businesses.
