The Student Athlete Foundation of Kansas City (SAFEKC) is the only nonprofit organization in the Midwest dedicated exclusively to providing athletic training and sports medicine services at a significantly reduced cost to schools and youth organizations. SAFEKC board-certified athletic trainers provide prevention, direct care and management of injuries, concussions and other medical conditions, Were improving health care access for the thousands of high school and middle-school students we serve the Kansas City area. In partnership with physicians and specialists throughout the metro, we provide reduced-cost physicals, cardiac screenings, concussion screening and management, and physical therapy and rehabilitation.
