Mr. Ghertner is also a Certified Property Manager (CPM) as designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management. The firm’s commitment to professionalism and customer service has resulted in Ghertner & Company growing into one of the largest community association management firms in Tennessee. After serving in various roles at Ghertner & Company for over a decade, Frank Ghertner’s sons, Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner, assumed ownership and management of Ghertner & Company in 2002 and serve as Co-presidents of the company. Both Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner are Certified Property Managers (CPM) as designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
