Foundation HealthCare is a physician-centric development and management company of ambulatory surgery centers and surgical hospitals. Founded by Thomas A. We specialize in ASC to surgical hospital conversions; surgical hospital acquisition opportunities; and new surgical hospital projects. We also focus on the development and inclusion of ancillary service lines, including hyperbarics, sleep labs, intraoperative monitoring and robotic surgery.
