While Online is proud of achieving this honour, we firmly believe that the most important aspect is not the award itself – its the process the company goes through, and the efforts Online and Onliners make, to be deserving of the award. The employee survey counts for 2/3 of the total score Online receives in the competition, while the other 1/3 comes from an in-depth review of the company culture, including an evaluation of HR policies and procedures.
