Our privately funded, not-for-profit company is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. The Catalytic Fund has multiple resources for planning and funding real estate development projects that meet our criteria of quality, need, and impact. We are locally controlled, privately funded, and unregulated--therefore our financial investments are flexible, creative, and individually structured based on each projects capital need.
