At H2O Degree we believe that property owners, and their management partners, should be in complete control of their variable utility costs in order to reduce operating expenses, increase NOI, and property value. We accomplish this goal by installing wireless metering technology that automatically detects water leaks and remotely controls heating and cooling in apartment units. We provide daily leak reports for each property so that the property manager and maintenance team can repair leaks and eliminate the expense of wasted water.

PG&E will continue to deliver electricity from the grid to your home or business, maintain the power lines, read your meter, and send you a single, consolidated bill, as required by state law. If you want to stay with PG&E for your electricity, you can opt-out of Valley Clean Energy.
