PanOptica seeks to license and develop these innovative therapeutics, which may include improvements to existing therapies or entirely new treatments for previously untreatable disorders. Our lead development compound, PAN-90806 , is a novel, small-molecule selective VEGF receptor antagonist that shows promise as a topical treatment for wet age-related macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy.
