Job Description :
1. Overall Accountability
Lead the North and South America HR Operations team. Develop the performance capabilities of client groups and of the HR Operations Team in order to increase PAREXEL competitive advantage. Drive quality and process improvement in all HR Operations services. Drive and deliver operational execution of HR activities in support of, and aligned with business objectives.
2. Key Objectives (purpose & summary)
• Deploy HR Strategy, objectives and KPI’s into country, region and execute global concepts, processes and solutions
• Drive PAREXEL performance management both at an local and individual level, ensuring that target-setting, follow-up and corrective actions are taken in a timely manner
• Provide expert advice to management team (e.g. people matters, employee relations, teambuilding, leadership development, change initiatives)
• Ensure the availability and development of appropriate people resources and talent to meet the local business needs
• “Walk the talk” and drive organization change through inspiring and motivating people
• Own the building and performance of the Regional HR Operations Center
• Build, with senior regional leadership, a strong business leadership team(s) to meet regional growth expectations.

3. Responsibilities

• Partners with HR Business Partners to deliver required interventions and SBU specific initiatives.
• Partners with Centers of Excellence to deliver standard HR processes
• Facilitate improvement processes concerning team performance
• Provide strategic HR and organizational direction, support and counsel to regional business leadership.
• With senior regional leadership, drive major change initiatives to meet evolving business and market needs.
• Participates in Companywide process improvement efforts and cross-functional teams to ensure PAREXEL processes are streamlined and meet global expectations.
• Support and drive organizational change initiatives; understand the implications of change in terms of skills, processes and competencies
• Capture and monitor HR Operations metrics. Drive to root cause and develop / deploy countermeasures.
• With senior regional leadership, drive major change initiatives to meet evolving business and market needs.
• Integrate PAREXEL’s Mission, Vision and Values into all activities to drive alignment and provide sufficient clarity to act as guidelines for decision making for managers. Key Products/responsibilities.
