Paul Ferdenzi was named General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Curtiss-Wright Corporation in 2014. Prior to assuming his current responsibilities, he held the positions of Vice President, Human Resources of the Corporation since November 2011, and also has served as Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary since June 1999 and May 2001, respectively. Prior to joining Curtiss-Wright in 1999, he was employed by the law firm of Gallagher, Briody & Butler, and previously served with the United States Navy in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps (“JAGC”). Mr. Ferdenzi earned his Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University’s School of Law.
