Choice Bank opened our doors on July 24, 2006 at our headquarters on Witzel Avenue in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with over 1200 shareholders and a record breaking $21.6 million dollars in capital raised between April 6, 2006 and June 15, 2006. In early 2007, Choice Bank opened our second location in Oshkosh on Jackson Street to serve the north side businesses and customers. Choice Bank is proud to be serving the greater Oshkosh area. We were founded by a broad base of shareholders who continue to be an intricate part of our business and community relationships, helping Choice Bank to grow every step of the way. As Choice Bank continued to look for ways to better serve the community and stay competitive in our market, the idea of forming a bank holding company was introduced to our shareholders in 2010. On March 10, 2011, the reorganization of Choice Bank as a wholly owned subsidiary of Choice Bancorp, Inc. was consummated.
