(NYSE: SSNI), where he led a team of twelve professionals, including seven attorneys, and guided the company through its merger with Itron, Inc. (Nasdaq: ITRI). He previously served as the vice president and associate general counsel for mergers and acquisitions at Hewlett-Packard. He is a member of the State Bar of California and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, and Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Duke University. Arnold is one of several recent executive additions to the company’s leadership including Mike Healy as chief financial officer, Jeroen Floor as vice president of software engineering and Patrick Archambault as vice president of finance.
