About the Company
Caregiver, Inc. is one of the largest providers of support services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and traumatic brain injury in the United States. We currently operate in Texas and Tennessee under multiple local brands, including: Daybreak Community Services Unified Care Group Southern Concepts River Gardens St. Giles Omni Support Services/Caregiver of Tennessee Our Mission is "Enabling people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to lead their unique lives with dignity, independence and inclusion."
