About the Person
Randy Nye manages Sundt’s legal department, which is responsible for all corporate legal matters, advises management and assists all of the Sundt team members, including consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, in meeting their commitments by knowing and complying with the laws, regulations and contract provisions that apply to their performance on Sundt projects. Randy was instrumental in the formation and development, and in the participation of Sundt as a founding member, of the Construction Industry Ethics and Compliance Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of ethics and compliance in the construction industry.
