The Motion Picture Industry Pension and Health Plans (MPI) are trust funds established by collective bargaining agreements between many of the unions and employers in the motion picture production industry. Contributions are received from employers engaged in the production of motion pictures or engaged primarily in the business of furnishing materials or services for motion picture productions and which have entered into a collective bargaining agreement(s) with one or more participating unions.
