Remington Seeds is the realization of an idea that originated in 1984. Two farmers, growing seed corn under contract for retail companies, pondered why they could not extend the service they provided to include a "turnkey" package where they produced, processed, packaged, and distributed the seed under the direction of retail seed companies.
