Founded in 1995, Resmark invests equity capital on behalf of institutional and private investors. As a steward of capital to investors including two of the nation`s largest public pension funds, Resmark provides capital to homebuilders, land developers and multifamily developers in markets including California, the Western United States, Texas, the D.C./Mid-Atlantic region, and other select major metropolitan areas. To date Resmark has participated in more than 250 investments encompassing over 85,000 single-family and multifamily residential units.
