About the Person

Mr. Robert H. Young, Jr., also known as Bob, has been a Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Airgas Inc., since October 1 2007 and serves as its Secretary. Mr. Young serves as the President of the Radnor-based law firm, McCausland Keen & Buckman. He has focused his practice on general corporate law for both public and private corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financing. He also served at Peace Corp. in Morocco. He first joined the law firm in 1985. He began his legal career as an Attorney of Drinker Biddle & Reath in Philadelphia. He received his Law Degree from Georgetown University Law Center and earned his undergraduate degree at Williams College.
