Romios Gold Resources Inc., a progressive Canadian mineral exploration company established in 1995, is headquartered in Toronto and is actively engaged in precious and base metal exploration across North America with a primary focus on gold, silver and copper. Romios has significant property interests in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Nevada. The Company is undertaking extensive exploration work on its Galore Creek area properties in British Columbia, which are centrally located between Galore Creek Mining Corporation`s large copper-gold-silver deposit and Barrick`s high grade gold mine at Eskay Creek. Romios is planning to produce a 43-101 resource for the North Zone copper-gold porphyry on the Trek property in 2012, as well as a Preliminary Economic Assessment for the combined Newmont Lake and Dirk projects. The Newmont Lake property contains one NI 43-101 inferred resource of 200,000 ounces of gold at 4.3 g/t, 6,790,000 lbs. of copper at 0.22% and 291,000 ozs. of silver at 6.4 g/t at the Northwest Zone, and several other rapidly developing targets including Dirk, newly drilled as part of a $6.2M BC exploration campaign in 2011, which resulted in the discovery of numerous high-grade and near surface copper and gold intersections at Dirk, and both high-grade and deep-seated copper-gold intersections that expand the developing resource on Trek.
Sunward Resources is a Canadian-based company focused on the exploration and development of the 100%-owned Titiribi Project in Colombia. Titiribi hosts NI 43 101-compliant Measured and Indicated Resource of 4.63 million ounces of gold contained within 285.8 million tonnes grading 0.50 grams/tonne and Inferred Resource of 6.01 million ounces of gold contained within 349.4 million tonnes grading 0.53 grams/tonne. All Titiribi resources were assessed using a cut-off of 0.3 grams/tonne gold. Titiribi also hosts 654.4 million pounds of copper in the Measured & Indicated Mineral Resource and 216.3 million pounds of copper in the Inferred Resource.
